Hi my name’s Greg and i'm a magician. I'm 65 years old and I have been trying to invent an oversizing ray for 32 years. Finally I have done it! I can make anything in the world bigger. But I need to think outside of the box. I’ve got it! I'm going to EXPAND the MOON! I will MAKE IT SO BIG that everybody will be able to travel to the moon because it will be so close. I started the process of expanding the moon. I got out my ray and pointed it at the moon - WABAM!!!    

Hi my name’s Doctor Nefario and I’m a mad scientist. For the past 25 years I have been working on a shrink ray and now my creation is complete. Now I must travel to the moon and use the shrink ray 2000. TWO MONTHS LATER! At last I have finally arrived. Now to work my magic. POOF! Finally I have captured the moon. Now To travel back to Earth to do some lab tests. TWO MONTHS LATER. I have finally finished my lab tests, and it is now time to put the moon back. Oh no! Where is the moon……..

I have been running for ages.I want my cheese!!! I am going to go to a mad scientist called Dr Nefario, everybody knows that he has finished a shrink ray for his new invention. Also he has an anti-gravity ray. I am going to ask for both. I am now ready to shoot the moon with the shrink ray  3,2,1 BANG! I open my eyes. I can’t see the moon. Then I remember - Dr Nefario told me to use the anti-gravity ray first .Too bad. And that’s how the  moon disappeared. NO CHEESE  .

Once there was a man named Rick. He was an astronaut. He liked to study the moon, all sorts of stuff. Like measuring the moon. Learning the shape of the moon. Stuff like that. He would show up on TV sometimes. I do not know why - maybe he is famous for studying  the moon. And also he is good at repairing rockets. When I grow up I hope I can be like him. He is the best. Maybe he makes robots that go up into space. Soon the sun was burning on them so they went to the moon.

A dark night rose up. Not one star was in sight in the night sky, nor a moon. The power was out. A man called Tony walked for a day. Then night rose up again and Tony walked another 50 kms. Light appeared in a dark cottage in the country. The roof was broken. Tony  knocked on the door. No one answered. So Tony KNOCKED the door down. The stars were in jam jars and the moon was in a cage. Tony released the moon and the stars and threw them up into the sky. Light returned to the world.

Today there is going to be a power cut at 12:00 at night. I’m inviting my friends over for a sleepover and at 12:00 we’re going to make shadow puppets. In my house there is a really cool wallpaper it’s of a sky and a moon. My friends are here now and it is 11:50 Ten more minutes. I’ll go get the flashlight and then we can start doing shadow puppets. After the shadow puppets we will have a midnight feast. For the midnight feast we are going to have chips, lollies and ice cream with sprinkles, we'll also eat cake.

Here I am gazing at the moon while relaxing in my nice hot spa up stairs outside on the balcony imagining the moon would explode full of money.When I hopped out of the spa there was no light in the moon until a $20 note fell on my balcony.But there’s a secret - every time I would take a step another note would fall from the sky, so I started running everywhere on my balcony like a maniac and it was like RAINING MONEY. HAAA! Just finished a nice warm shower. Now I gotta go clean up the balcony.

Every time I gaze at the moon I always feel like my wife is next to me. Ever since she died, life has been sad. I never like to go out in the day time, but my most favorite part of the day is when me and my daughter just look at the moon. When she was alive she would always just look at the moon and say “every time I gaze at the moon I can feel my mum”. So when me and my daughter stare at the moon, I can feel my wife standing next to me.

“Hey guys do you see that”? “See what?”, I said. “That crescent shaped thing up there”. “Don't be stupid”, Said John. “That's the moon”. “Not that. That”. Jeremy pointed in the other direction. “There's two of them, three, four...AAAAARRRRRRGGGHHH! It’s raining bananas!” We ran as fast as we could, trying not to get pummelled by raining bananas. “We need to get our weapons!”. shouted Jeremy. I could hardly hear him over the sound of thudding bananas. “The bananas are slowing down!”. As one more banana falls down I catch it, written on it is ‘last banana in the whole world.’

I came back from work and went to collect the sunday papers.The headline said ‘A man has eaten the moon.’ How did I not know about that? I dashed out the exit and drove to world road in my cop car. World road was a campsite in the distance. I could see some cop cars plus a jail cell. I went to join the police and they showed me some video footage and I studied it closely. It was getting dark. Just then, on the horizon, I saw the moon. We let the man go. Everything was normal again.  

“Mashallah-the moon has burst and it’s raining money! I can not believe my eyes”. Mohammed was telling his son, Ali.”But daddy this can’t be real. It is not possible!” Ali explained to his father. As Mohammed sat there gazing at the $100 notes fall, Ali ran inside to call his mother and sister. By the time the whole family was outside the money had stopped falling. All that they could see was a blanket of $100 notes. Everyone cried from being overwhelmed. It was a miracle.

Tama was a strange man. Everything he saw he wanted to eat. He saw the moon and he thought that the moon was cheese. Tama climbed the highest cliff, tried to grab it...no good. Try again...no good. He went home and built a flying non-gas motorbike which had enough battery to get there but not back. He took off in the night. He was never seen or heard from again. 

“Come on we need to beat those falling bananas - they have taken so much” I say.  “I know Bob, but it's impossible - they’re too smart!” said Jeremy.  “Well that's what I thought until the professor invented these!” I said. I pull out two rotten banana guns. All the guys in the cabin run up and ask for one.  “Now let's go win that war” I say. We all emerge from the cabin to find no bananas anywhere. I see something falling and I catch it.  It says ‘You have won the war because of your outrageously smart rotten banana technology’.  

One late evening, a young boy decided he was going to set for the moon. So he thought and thought about how he was going to do it. He then fell asleep. The next morning he told his parents about his goal for the moon. They didn’t agree, so they sent him to his room. But the boy was determined. He snuck out his window, and hopped onto his bike, then rode his bike to a huge cliff overlooking the moonlit sea. He looked up at the moon, smiled, then jumped for it.

Every one thought Craig was crazy. He spent years making a rocket ship big enough to fit the whole world in, plus he made a little one too. So he flew to the moon all by himself. 40,000 years later, the sun was about to hit earth, when everyone hopped on the rocket and flew to the moon, and everyone met Craig’s skeleton. Another million years later the moon is now the biggest city in existence. Now Craig’s skeleton is a statue made with the last gold.

I’ve always felt connected to the moon after my daughter died. Most of the time you’ll see me waiting for the moon to rise. But one day that changed. It felt like the moon was pulling me closer, like it needed a hug. So I used my hands to make it look like I was hugging the moon. I’ve also never felt like this in a long time. No one to hug, smile at, care for or love. And sometimes when the moons gone I feel lonely. Like someone was taken away from me. Like I'm no longer whole. Like I've disappeared. By Escada
